APPLE PIE CHIA PUDDING

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

260 ml almond milk

1 green apple

2 pitted dates

3tbs nature's intent chia seed 30gms

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

1 tsp vanilla essence

Topping: 8 slices apple pie apples unsweetened 6 tbs granola

DIRECTIONS

Quarter the apple and remove the seeds.

Add the milk, apple, dates, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla to a blender and liquify.

Stir the chia seeds through the apple mixture by hand.

Pour the pudding into 4 small glasses. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 1 hour or over night.

 

Top with 2 slices of apple and sprinkle with ½ tbs granola.
